Rubberella is a bit like Floggerella, but not that much, once you get past the size and shape. The main difference is that where the Floggerella is nice, gentle, soft and soothing, the Rubberella is harsh, stinging and decidely disturbing. It features comes mounted on a flexible rubber handle that gives it its characteristic twisty, spinning action
